When we started Incremental Forgetting in 2023, we wanted a place to share our writing, experiment with ideas, and discover what resonated with readers. We explored different topics, tried different things, and learned a lot along the way.
Now, it’s time for a new chapter.
This year, our primary focus has been finishing our book, Engineering Manager’s Compass, about navigating the challenges of engineering management. Six of the seven planned chapters are complete and available on Leanpub.
As we bring the book to completion, we’re also changing how we share our writing. Incremental Forgetting will no longer be regularly updated, but we’d love to stay in touch.
We’ve created a new newsletter where we’ll share updates on the book, practical notes, useful tools, and honest reflections on the challenges engineering leaders face. Expect occasional emails with thought-provoking ideas, lessons learned, and sneak peeks at the book’s chapters. No clickbait, no spam, and no pushy sales pitches.
